Bith rooms I booked needed to move to new room because it’s moldy.

They tried to give us a moldy room that hasn’t used for a while, need to ask the front desk to change the room. They did it to both rooms i booked.

We stayed overnight on a short transit though Manila - never actually left the property but the restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Staff was helpful in arranging airport transportation.
Room was clean but older - a little musty and room lighting was very dim. Hallways and elevator did not have AC but restaurant and rooms did.

Housekeeping was fantastic, our housekeeper was very responsive and professional. She did an outstanding job.Security/doormen at the front were also superb. The front desk staff, likewise, were professional.
The only issue I had was with one particular staffer in the restaurant. She told me certain things I ordered could not be taken to my room, however those items were on the room service menu for the same price. Then, the next morning, she told me I wasn't allowed to take my wife's breakfast up to her (she was watching our two babies). She put a damper on our stay.
Food was good along with location. I've stayed there several times. My preferred hotel.
I think the shower should have a non slip mat or at least "fall bars". Just a little safety feature.
Our family were pioneer guests since it started 10 yrs ago, your facilities are still ok and the beds and rm are ok but the electrical n tel wirings must be improved change and aurcon leaks to improve for safety of ur clients n all incl property fire seccurity, ur chef and guards esp the chef who parked at the same time with us we were not treated unfairly in parking, its ok we managed but the front desks n staffs in resto were hospitable m politeHope the cocktail party be org nxt time and improve ur roof top to have it covered in case of rainy season to keep ur guests safe bec its wet n slippery

In close proximity to Robinson Mall and Manila port area. The hotel restaurant has a good deal on beer with 2 for 1 deal up to 8pm daily. Limited menu choice but good food at the restaurant.
